HOW TO BECOME A PARTICIPANT IN THE BONUS PROGRAM?
- Complete the registration procedure and you will automatically become a member of the bonus program. Any guest of the restaurant can become a participant after filling out all fields of the questionnaire. The questionnaire can be filled in at the restaurant or on the website www.creamsoda.mk.ua.
- By entering the bonus program, the participant confirms his agreement with its terms and allows the storage, transfer and processing of his personal data, which he will inform when filling out the questionnaire.
- The guest also agrees to participate in promotions, contests, and privileges.
SUBSTANTIVE PROVISIONS
LIFETIME OF BONUSES IS 190 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF ACCRUATION.
- From the amount of each of your Orders, 5% is credited to the participant’s bonus account.
- Bonuses are credited the next day after your visit.
- Bonuses can be used during the next visit to the restaurant. 1 bonus on the account is equal to 1 Ukrainian hryvnia and is issued in the form of a corresponding discount.
- The restaurant can calculate additional bonuses as gifts, compensations or rewards and set a limited validity period for them.
- To charge and pay for the Order with bonuses, you must inform your waiter about it and specify the number of the bonus account, phone number or name of the participant.
- Crediting of bonuses to the account is possible by phone number, last name of the participant.
- Bonuses can be used to pay no more than 30% of the cost of the order, but no more than UAH 3,000.
- Withdrawal (transfer to cash) of accumulated points is impossible.
- In case of change of contact data, the system participant must contact the restaurant manager:
– The data of the program participant is changed within a day from the moment of application.
The organizer reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to the bonus program.
Notification of changes is made through the publication of a new version of the rules on the website www.creamsoda.mk.ua.
The order can be paid using a mixed system:
bonuses, cash and non-cash settlement.

The term of activation of the bonus account is 2 working days from the moment of filling out the questionnaire of the participant of the Bonus program.
